Baylor University is seeking an Associate Director of Student Involvement who will support the mission of the university by exhibiting an appreciation of, a sensitivity to, and respect for a diverse academic environment, inclusive of students, faculty and staff of many social, economic, cultural, ideological, racial and ethnic backgrounds. The role includes management of the Baylor Connect Involvement Management, student organization policy, student leader training/ development, Student Involvement Center (SIC), and Student Involvement Specialists (SIS). The AD supervises the Assistant Director and Senior Coordinator of Student Involvement.
A Master's degree, five years of relevant work experience, and an active Christian faith are required. A Doctoral degree and seven years of relevant work experience are preferred.
A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of those required.

What You Will Do
Lead professional overseeing 400 student organizations involving 10,000+ students
Oversight of the Baylor Connect Involvement Management system including facilitating a process that reviews 12,000+ events per year (events, rosters, student organizations, charters, etc.)
Lead administrator overseeing review and execution of student organization policy
Portfolio includes the Student Involvement Center (SIC), and Student Involvement Specialists (SIS)
Serves as chair of the Student Organization Review Panel (conduct)
Supervises Assistant Director and Senior Coordinator of Student Involvement.
Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission
Ability to comply with University policies
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
