Provides visionary and strategic leadership for a comprehensive academic, personal, and career counseling program for a diverse population of academically and financially challenged students. POSITION DESCRIPTION Designs, coordinates, and implements quality EOF support programs, activities, and events. Ensures college compliance with all EOF regulations, budgets, and policies with the State of New Jersey. Facilitates workshops on college success and develops initiatives to enhance the retention of EOF students with a focus on first- and second-year students.
