Assist the Student Services Coordinator with supervising student workers who are responsible for assisting students, public in-person at the front desk, over the phone, via email, online chat, or other means. Assist with hiring, training creating and maintaining the work schedules for the student workers. Additionally, assist with coordinating continuous cross training of services from the offices of bursar, scholarships and financial aid, student accounts and the university registrar for student workers. When student workers are unavailable, personally manage front-end customer enrollment, scholarships and financial aid, student accounts and bursar services. Perform office closing duties and making sure office equipment is turned off. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
High School diploma plus 1 year of clerical experience required; equivalency considered. Computer experience necessary. Must have data entry experience. Customer service experience essential. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience on a college campus or in student registration, scholarships and financial aid, student accounts or bursar's office preferred. Flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills desirable. Supervisory experience helpful.
