Advertised Job Summary:

• Oversee the planning, development, and execution of strategies to accomplish the Custodial Department mission.
• Develops and implements systems and processes to establish and maintain operations data.
• Determine requirements for personnel, supplies, materials, and equipment, monitor expenditures to ensure consistency with departmental objectives and compliance with established budgets.
• Monitor and evaluate personnel to ensure project completion, technical accuracy and compliance with code requirements, and adherence to departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance programs and safety standards. Implement a comprehensive custodial quality assurance program.
• Develop and implement performance measurement tools to accurately assess effectiveness of service delivery. Provides direction, management, and supervision to ensure compliance with federal state and local codes and regulations.
• Recommend improvements and enhancements to existing processes, procedures, and policies in the spirit of continuous improvement while meeting federal, state, and local mandates.
• Provide a high level of service to both internal and external customers and ensure the Universities KPI's are being met. Respond to all emails, phone calls, and requests within 24 hours. If a request cannot be met within 24 hours, work with the requester on a timeframe that will satisfy the need.
• Work closely and correspond with other departments in the Division of Student Affairs.
• Ensure all human resource functions are performed in accordance with university policies and procedures
