This position exists to provide administrative management, supervision, and leadership for multiple student affairs offices/departments, serve as lead of strategic enrollment management for the College, and serves as a member of the leadership and management teams. This includes developing and continually improving office/departments services and programmatic planning, as well as managing resources and personnel effectively to meet program outcomes. This position supports student success by providing leadership to student affairs offices/departments through departmental workplans, program reviews, and assessment of student learning.
This position provides oversight and leadership of all aspects of the enrollment management functions which includes strategic planning, recruitment partnerships, admissions, enrollment, budget preparation and management, event planning and coordination, and all other related enrollment processes administration. This position will provide oversight and lead the implementation of the College's enrollment management plan and enrollment management operations and strategies.
The position holder is also responsible for working with other college personnel to provide college-wide leadership and strategic planning and initiatives in achieving the college's strategic priorities. This position requires engagement with other educational institutions, community organizations, business and industries, and other external stakeholders to meet the college mission.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: (must have at time of application)
Master's degree.
Three or more years of higher education administrative experience or at least three years of progressively responsible experience in higher education.
Demonstrated experience working with a diverse student population and proven understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion as critical components of academic excellence and student success.
Excellent communication skills, i.e., verbal, listening, written, interpersonal, and public presentation.
Experience in the areas of leadership, planning, enrollment management, student affairs program development and evaluation, staffing, budget management, and supervision.
Experience with understanding broad strategic planning and the critical need for attention to detail with demonstrated abilities in effective critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Record of data informed decision-making including experience in analyzing multiple datasets and resources of information to make recommendations and implement solutions.

Experience leading innovation and organizational change as it relates to programs and student services.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining partnerships and relationships across various stakeholder groups.
Experience being able to delegate, collaborate, and promote consensus in accomplishing the college's strategic plan while maintaining trust, cooperation, and cohesion across the college.
Evidence of ability to deal with demanding and high stress situations, multiple priorities, and varied situations simultaneously.
Experience working in a unionized educational setting.
