Summary of the Position: The Montgomery Academy is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and visionary leader to serve as Athletic Director. Reporting to the Head of School and serving on the school’s leadership team, the Athletic Director oversees the Academy’s athletic program in Grades 7-12, ensuring its alignment with the school's mission and core values, promoting a culture of sportsmanship, and fostering an environment where students develop skills, teamwork, and leadership through participation in athletics in a school with a rigorous, college-preparatory academic program. The Athletic Director position is a full-time, 12 month position. Athletics at The Montgomery Academy play
