Visit our website: Student Health Services We are looking for a Resilience and Mindfulness Program Coordinator who will: · Coordinate, develop, implement and evaluate comprehensive resilience-building, mindfulness, and stress management and reduction services for students, faculty, and staff · Collaborate with housing partners on continued integration of resiliency as a pillar of residential curriculum · Coordinate and advance the C.A.L.M. (Carolinians Actively Living Mindfully) Oasis mindfulness space and programming by developing meaningful partnerships across campus about meaningful use of a dedicated space · Participate in the development of strategic plans, goals and measurable objectives for mental health initiatives and services and the overall healthy campus department · Increase engagement and access to psychosocial strategies to optimize faculty, staff, and student effectiveness in their role and to improve overall satisfaction and work-life balance · Work with team members to develop and implement suicide prevention initiatives to the campus community · All objectives correlate with the provision of safe and quality patient care with our accrediting agency.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Master's degree in health education, health promotion, or related field and 2 year experience or bachelor's degree in health education, health promotion, or related field and 4 years related experience.
