Advertised Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for the creation and implementation of a Training and Quality Assurance program for the custodial staff team within the University Housing Facilities at UofSC.
Key Responsibilities -
- Works with a state-of-the-art training center for custodial training
- Train custodial staff on our procedures and best practices
- Create a quality assurance program based on a train-the-trainer model
- Create internal quality control process
