JOB SUMMARYReporting to the Director of Athletics and Recreation, this position is responsible for the direction of the field hockey program, including, but not limited to the recruitment and retention of academically and athletically qualified student athletes, supervision of the assistant coach(es), budget management, on-field coaching, innovation regarding fundraising and alumni engagement. The coach will be expected to provide a transformative experience for student athletes to develop leadership in their pursuit of academic and athletic excellence while adhering to all rules and regulations as set forth by Simmons University, the Great Northeast Athletic Conference and the NCAA.Serve as an active member of Student Affairs engaging in partnerships with all units across the division.
