For more information, visit www.emmanuel.edu.We are seeking a talented Assistant Registrar who will serve as a member of the Office of the Registrar student services team and assist in the effective calendar-driven daily operations of the office and oversee aspects of the academic record primarily as a transfer credit evaluator and our ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to be both a team player and independent contributor. This key role will have numerous responsibilities including:*Assist in the effective calendar-driven daily operations of the office*Serve as primary transfer credit evaluator for accepted transfer applicants and RN-BSN prospective students and study off campus, study abroad credit requests for matriculation A+S students and assist in evaluation for articulation agreements. Understand the role in which this position plays in student enrollment and retention efforts. Maintain internal and public facing database of approved transfer courses, working closely with faculty in providing guidance on transfer credit practices and pre-evaluated major courses for faculty approval*Serve as transfer liaison with Admissions to answer any prospective transfer student questions regarding policy*Support Admissions events in working with prospective/admitted students on unofficial transfer credit review*Serve as liaison and primary facilitator for COF cross-registration and in other non-matriculating student registration*Maintain current knowledge on constantly changing curriculum, academic policy, and transfer practices*Serve as primary facilitator and manager of Parchment transcript requests and NSC Enroll and Degree Verify.*Maintain Registrar Office inventory*Provide front-facing customer service to students, faculty, staff, and other guests to the office and assist in responding to email and phone inquiries and general office support to professional level staffOur ideal candidate will demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to the College's mission and the value of Catholic higher education.
