Job Summary The Director of Global Network Pathway Programs provides operational oversight for the development and management of signature global mobility programs. Working closely with Enrollment Management, Education Innovation Leadership, academic colleges, and partner institutions, the Director is responsible for ensuring that the programs meet strategic objectives and students achieve academic and learning goals. The Director leads the team and is responsible for all aspects of program deployment, including curriculum implementation, staff hiring and training, health and safety, and operating budgets.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. Master's preferred.
4 years of higher education (advising, student life, programming) administrative experience required.
3+ years of progressive program development experience required.
Leadership and staff supervision experience required.
Experience or demonstrated interest in experiential learning.
Financial and budget management experience.
Strong oral, written and presentation communication to positively engage people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities at once in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and strong analytical skills with proven ability to strategize, prioritize, and multi-task to meet goals and deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills, sufficient to inspire others and work effectively and collaboratively with students, faculty, staff, alumni, and other stakeholders. This includes professionalism and collegiality in a team environment, excellent judgment, discretion, and the ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
The ability to interact with global program representatives, faculty, and students in a highly professional manner with an understanding of protocol and confidentiality. Must effectively represent the University to outside institutions and universities.
Strong organizational, project management, administrative, and computer skills.
Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office software required. Familiarity with Salesforce, Terra Dotta, and student record systems (e.g., Banner) preferred.
Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
The expected hiring range for this position is USD $73,535 to USD $93,755, based upon the position's scope and responsibilities.
