Job Description The Director of Student Career Development directs all career support initiatives and services for Metropolitan College (MET) students. The individual creates, supervises, and directs programs to assist MET students in the area of career development and develops innovative methods to engage the student population for the purpose of career development. This individual plays a critical role in delivering industry leading services to maintain a high level of student satisfaction with the colleges support of their career development.
Required Skills Master's degree required, plus 8+ years experience in Higher Ed or related field.
