The College of Fine Arts welcomes applications for the Director of Student Success, a 12-month professional position beginning July 2023.

Salary and benefit packages for this position are competitive, with salaries for this opportunity beginning at $65,000 annually.

Position Function: Plan, supervise, implement, and participate in new and existing College initiatives focusing on increased student engagement, enrollment, retention, and career success in, around, and beyond the arts. Collaborate with college, university, alumni and community stakeholders to develop long-term plans for student success and retention; set program goals and implement consistent assessment. A consistent on-campus work presence is expected and essential.
Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree from an accredited institution by date of employment. One year of experience in student programming and curriculum.
Preferred Education: Master’s degree in arts related field, arts administration, business or related area from an accredited institution.
Preferred Experience:
- Three plus years of experience in student programming and curriculum.
- Experience working with faculty, campus resources, business professionals, and large groups of students to provide students with engagement opportunities to enhance career competencies and develop professional preparedness.
- Ability to teach arts administration courses for credit and non-credit offerings.
