Keene State College is seeking applications for an Assistant Director of Transitions to guide the design, development, execution, and program assessment process to ensure the effectiveness of new student orientation and family programs for Keene State College. This is a full-time benefited position.
Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience in higher education, preferably in orientation, new student programs or student activities at a professional level, or a Master's Degree in College Student Personnel or related field and a minimum of one year of relevant experience; public speaking and group facilitation experience; demonstrated ability to design, evaluate and implement targeted experience programs; knowledge of student development theory; ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and effectively work on a team; ability to communicate effectively with others and foster professional relationships within a complex environment of students, staff, and faculty; the ability to effectively work and interact respectfully within a diverse and inclusive environment; and the ability to work extended hours during peak program times.
