The Assistant Volleyball Coach is responsible to the Head Volleyball Coach, as well as to the Director of Athletics for the performance of the duties that this job description assigns. DUTIES: Responsible for assisting with the management and development of the intercollegiate volleyball program including: Discipleship of young women in the program to facilitate spiritual growth with varsity and subvarsity volleyball teams Teaching and modeling the value of Christian competition Monitoring academic performance of student athletes and partnering with Student Development for discipleship, development and retention of student athletes Recruiting and retaining quality student athletes who understand and embrace Covenant College's mission and vision Fi
