JOB SUMMARYThe Assistant Director for Orientation Programs will advise and assist in the development of undergraduate student Orientation programs for Storrs and the Regional Campuses (Avery Point, Hartford, Stamford, and Waterbury). Duties include developing orientation programs and services, supervising and training student staff, coordinating programmatic logistics, and being responsible for evening and/or overnight components of the student programs. The position will also research and develop assessment projects for the purpose of continuous improvement to orientation programs at the University of Connecticut.
