This is a managerial position responsible for leading all campus housing functions, including on-campus housing operations, fiscal operations, facility management, housing assignments, operational calendar, and residence life staffing and management. Works under limited supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Reports to the Assistant Vice President of Campus Living, Dining and Auxiliary Enterprises. The Director has three direct reports: Associate Director of Residence Education, Associate Director of Housing Administration, and an Administrative Assistant. The in-hall staff consist of five area coordinators, five graduate hall directors and approximately 110 paraprofessional staff serving 3,300 students on campus. Essent
