Description of Work:
Reporting to the Senior Director for Engineering Student Services, the Director of the PKFEA will be responsible for the following: development and oversight for all aspects of the program including recruitment of a 40-student cohort each academic year (up to steady-state of approximately 160 students); retention and success of students in all cohorts; development and execution of all PKFEA programming and events; supervision of PKFEA staff; development and execution of program marketing and communication strategies; serve as liaison to PKF officials regarding program growth and improvement; budget oversight; and regular reports to COE upper administration on program advancement, accomplishments and challenges.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in academic discipline, education, counseling, student affairs, educational administration or leadership or related field and five (5) years of experience with student affairs, educational leadership, or related programming with increasing responsibility. Must have experience supervising full-time professional staff or student staff members. Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, decision-making and problem-solving skills essential. Must have ability to interact with and relate to students. Program planning and implementation experience required. Experience with budget development and maintenance essential. Ability to manage and direct multiple tasks and complete in a timely fashion necessary. Must be able to collaborate with college leadership and PKF officials regarding program execution and future planning. Must have working knowledge and experience in management, program administration and/or recruitment marketing activities. Computer proficiency essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prefer over five (5) years of experience with student services-related programming with increasing responsibility. Prefer experience in higher education setting. Experience working with students with financial need and working with data collection, analysis and assessment desirable. Experience with stewardship of donors preferred.
