Summary
The Early College Programming and Outreach Coordinator is a part-time, 20 hour a week position responsible for the development and leadership of programs and initiatives related to the engagement of high school students and partners. This position oversees all dual enrollment and pre-college offerings to maintain and create partnerships that elevate Regis College’s engagement of high school students and administrators. Programs managed are Summer Scholars, Lorraine’s Leaders, dual enrollment, early college partnerships and others.
Job Responsibilities:
Engage with educational leadership across high school partners to develop and maintain opportunities for high school students.
In conjunction with Academic Affairs, lead the development and direction of K-12 pathways and dual enrollment with high school partners.
Collaborate with multiple College offices including admission and enrollment, academic programs and deans, academic advising, registrar, and marketing and communications to promote programs and recruit participation.
Manage budget for related partnership and programmatic activities.
Visit current and prospective high school partners during the academic year for promotion and recruitment; collaborate on opportunities for Regis campus visits and programs.
Ensure ample support and guidance for dual enrolled students through registration and admissions processes, and coordinate professional development and support for faculty and administrators at partner schools.
Point of contact for inquiries from family members of students enrolled in early college programming
Plan, provide presence, and ensure implementation of co-curricular activities for early college programs
Oversight of enrollment paperwork including but not limited to Acknowledgement & Risk Agreement and additional health services paperwork for campus-based early college programming
Confirm admission, ITS, and registrar departments have processed early college students through Colleague system
Organize and disseminate schedule of early college activities to respective campus partners including Academic Affairs, Admission, and Undergraduate Student Affairs
Coordinate and serve as the point of contact for campus partners who support operational and educational requirements of early college programming
Triage early college program students to academic coaching support for students experiencing difficulty with persisting through academic criteria and rigor of course
Consult on Lorraine’s Leaders program schedule, budget, and provide pertinent updates to grant donors, Vice President for Inclusive Excellence, and Assistant to the President for Special Projects
Lead orientation and welcome sessions to support early college program students’ acclimation into the college environment
Advise student leader and/or professional staff to support early college programming engagement, including the residential experience during summer on-campus program components
Keep current on emerging state and federal policies and trends around early college programming; maintain Regis’s membership in relevant professional organizations such as NACEP
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Skills/Training/Experience Required:
Position requires the attainment of a Bachelor's degree or an Associate’s degree with significant related experience
Strong administrative and technical skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or MS 365, Zoom and/or MS Teams, and knowledge of project management software applications.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
Availability to work occasional extended hours and weekends, as needed. Normal office environment, not subject to extremes in noise, odors, etc.
May spend extended periods at terminal, on telephone, or operating other office machines requiring eye-hand coordination and finger dexterity.
