The Clinical Healthcare Compliance Specialist for the Office of Student Services will hold the primary responsibility for data entry and maintenance of clinical healthcare requirements into the Project Concert system.
Enters clinical healthcare requirements for all new incoming Nursing Undergraduate students into the program.
Maintains and updates all Undergraduate Students' clinical health requirements on a daily basis through the daily report.
Reviews Undergraduate students' clinical healthcare records on a weekly basis assessing for expiring or expired requirements.
Communicates expiring or expired requirements to clinical course coordinators on a weekly basis.
Works with the Clinical Placement Coordinator to obtain information related to clinical health requirements for the facilities.
Maintains Clinical faculty healthcare requirements for the facilities.
Works with the College of Nursing Technology Manager to maintain Project Concert for items that Undergraduate Programs need for their clinical health requirements.
Works with the HIPAA Compliance Office in maintaining their list of students who have graduated and who have dropped the program or have defaulted.
Complies reports are required by clinical facilities for students who will attend clinical each semester.
Drafts correspondence, reports, and memos.
All other duties as assigned.
