Job Description:
Responsibilities include:
- Office of Admission administration
- Employee goal setting, training, evaluation, and supervision
- Office of Admission marketing
- Undergraduate scholarship evaluation and awarding
- Oversight of Office of Admission programs and events
- CRM management and data reporting
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree and a minimum of seven years of admissions and recruitment experience or closely related college administrative and student services experience, or;
- Bachelor's degree and ten years of direct college admissions and recruitment experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- Ten years of admissions or related college administrative and student services experience
- Familiarity with small, Midwestern, public universities.
