Coe College is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Head Coach of Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving.
This position is responsible for planning, organizing and supervising a strong competitive Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving program within the spirit, policies, and rules of Coe College, the American Rivers Conference, and the NCAA Division III. The head coach is responsible for designing and administering programs, policies, and services that will contribute to the education and welfare of students through athletics. The Head Swimming and Diving Coach coordinates with the college's Director of the Natatorium and Swim Club Director. This is a 10-month position, August - May
Essential Job Responsibilities: •Plan and supervise practices and meets. •Supervise assistant coaches. •Schedule contests and hire meet officials. •Vigorously recruit prospective student-athletes. •Manage assigned budgets. •Secure and maintain equipment. •Promote the sport, athletics department, and Coe College. •Additional Responsibilities assigned by the Director of Athletics.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: •Weekend and Evening hours required. •Valid driver's license and travel required. •Occasional lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs. •Frequent twist, bend, stoop and climb.
