The Tickle College of Engineering Office of Academic and Student Affairs is responsible for several critical college functions, including advising; setting the curricula for all graduate, undergraduate, and interdisciplinary programs; diversity programs; first-year and specialty programs; global initiatives; the Engineering Ambassadors; recruitment, outreach, and engagement; and college-awarded scholarships and fellowships. The Position:

This position supports the Office of Student Success within TCE's Academic and Student Affairs unit, with a priority on retention, outreach, and recruitment. The Student Success coordinator works with relevant college and university offices to plan and execute retention activities and events and keep a database of activities. Additionally, the coordinator plans and executes outreach events for K-12 students, with an emphasis on middle and high school students (e.g. classroom visits, campus tours, summer programs). With the Student Success recruiter, helps create partnerships with local high schools, community partners, and represents TCE at recruitment events. The Student Success Coordinator also coordinates and manages schedule of travel, visits, and general office duties.
