Advertised Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for the creation and implementation of a Training and Quality Assurance program for the custodial staff team within the University Housing Facilities at UofSC. The training and quality assurance coordinator will have the pleasure of working with a state-of-the-art training center equipped to train custodial staff on our procedures and best practices. The person in this role will also create a quality assurance program based on a train-the-trainer model as we aim to have an internal inspection process. We are looking for someone who is upbeat, positive and has a passion for training. The ideal candidate has experience building a training program.

Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years of experience, which may be substituted by equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience.
