Department Name: 1B220:Student Community Resources and ServicesJob Summary: With approximately 1/4 to 1/3 of each incoming first-year cohort being comprised of first-generation students, this position is critical in providing outreach and services to First-Generation students. This position will complement the work being done by the advising team within Student Community Resources and Services and will serve as the primary leader and liaison for the First-Generation Scholar Living Learning Program (LLP) (freshmen and sophomore). In addition to guiding the work within the LLP, this position also serves as program advisor for these students, with engagement beginning pre-matriculation. This p
