The Recruiter offers outreach and recruitment services to high school and adult learner populations; provides guidance and communicates information to prospective and enrolled students on SVCC's admissions process, academic and workforce programs, courses, and procedures. The Recruiter will plan, implement and support activities that align with the mission of the Enrollment Management and Student Success (EMSS) division through an equity lens and impact outcomes related to student onboarding, persistence, and engagement.The purpose of the Recruiter's position is to recruit prospective high school students, organize and execute special events targeting potential students and assist in dual enrollment administration as necessary, oversee innovative recruitment opportunities for the Eastern Region of our service areas (and college-wide as needed), strengthen community partner relationships through outreach and representation of the college, and be a contributing member of the onboarding team, offering support to prospective students from inquiry to enrollment.
