MassArt is currently offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced, creative, motivated, and exceptional individual for the position of Executive Director of Equal Opportunity and Title IX Coordinator.

The Executive Director of Equal Opportunity and Title IX Coordinator manages the day-to-day responsibilities associated with the MassArt's compliance obligations pursuant to, but not limited to: Titles VII and IX; the Violence Against Women (VAWA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and related University policies including the University's Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action and Diversity Plan. 

As a member of the MassArt team, the Executive Director will work with key departments such as Academic Affairs, Student Development, Human Resources, the office of Justice, Equity and Transformation (JET) and Public Safety, to ensure accessible, timely, effective and equitable management of all matters in compliance with EO Plan.
