The successful candidate will enjoy traveling abroad and representing the University of Dayton in the recruitment of international students in addition to working with internal and external partners to further the mission of the University. Reporting to the Associate VP for Enrollment Management & Dean of Admissions and working collaboratively with the Managing Director of UDayton Global, the Director of International Recruitment and Admission Programs has responsibility for the strategic planning and execution of a comprehensive international undergraduate recruitment and marketing plan.
This position will utilize an extensive network of on- and off-campus resources, including alumni, government and non-government organizations, recruiting agencies, institutional partners, IB Institution relationships, and key contacts from the University of Dayton. This position will work closely with the Office of International Student Services, academic departments, schools, and key internal and external stakeholders involved in international recruitment initiatives. The Director will develop and drive the recruitment strategy, with success being measured by meeting international enrollment targets developed in collaboration with the AVP and Dean of Admission, the VP for Strategic Enrollment Management, and the Provost.

Minimum Requirements
*A MA/MS degree *At least 5 years of progressive experience and leadership in international student recruitment and engagement *Experience in developing or managing partnerships to grow undergraduate enrollments *Expertise in international credential review and evaluation *Strong project management skills and the ability to produce high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced and high-demand environment *Effective written and verbal communication skills *Ability and desire for international travel of 4-6 weeks per year at a minimum and opportunities for further travel will also be considered *Valid drivers license with low risk driving record
Preferred Requirements
While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:
*Experience working within the Agile/Scrum framework *Knowledge of best and emerging practices in international recruitment *Experience working with socially and culturally diverse communities *Fluent in multiple language outside of English *Familiarity with immigration procedures, SEVIS, I-20 process and foreign educational systems
