Program Coordinator - Bronfenbrenner Center for Translational Research (HYBRID)

The Opportunity: The BCTR has an exciting new opportunity for a full-time program coordinator who can help identify, curate and organize collaborations across center projects, synthesizing current work as well as identifying future integration and partnerships. This person in this position will work closely with the BCTR Director and will actively engage with program leaders, drawing insights from them and helping to create the center of the future.
This is a full-time, two-year term position with the possibility of renewal.
What you will do:
Working as part of a team, you will collaborate to develop and implement translational research initiatives. You will have the opportunity to:
- Collect, organize, and present data about BCTR programs and individuals who use project resources.
- Assist affiliated faculty in the preparation of proposals for external funding.
- Support the research activities of BCTR faculty, post-doctoral fellow/s, and researchers. This work may include data analysis, reporting and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and organize events, webinars, periodic meetings, and engagement with undergraduate students.

We are seeking collaborative and team minded individuals who can also work independently. Successful candidates will demonstrate intellectual curiosity and interest in the work of the center. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills and excellent organizational and project management skills. Experience planning events and working with students is helpful.
Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, and minimum 2 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Starting Pay Range: $55,342-$64,317
