Associates Degree in related field. Three years related experience or experience in a related field. Certifications may be required. A combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered.
Nature & Purpose of Position/Usual Duties:
Performs advanced specialist duties for the One-Stop Center requiring subject-matter knowledge of departmental processes and operations across multiple Enrollment Success departments.
Primary Responsibilities (Staff Positions Only):
Provides phone, chat, email, and/or in-person support and appointment scheduling regarding specific Enrollment Success objectives, programs, and processes. Responds to general enrollment and resource questions. Guides students, departments, and staff in accessing information representing multiple Enrollment Success departments and processes Receives and scans documents for multiple departments including transcripts, financial aid documents, and more. Demonstrates knowledge about and champion the onboarding processes for new students and re-enrollment for current students. Participates in structured outreach for various enrollment success initiatives Perform administrative duties associated with the position including, but not limited to, regular reporting of data, upkeep stations, and other support. Attends and participates in all required training workshops provided in student services and college transition. Prepares, reviews, revises, and distributes official university documents and correspondence. Assists in developing policies and interpret policies and procedures. May be responsible for planning, directing, supervising, and participating in special projects. Performs other related duties as assigned.
