Description General Statement of Duties:
The International ENROLLMENT Coordinator is responsible for facilitating international graduate student enrollment at the Orlando metro campus of Webster University.
Admissions and Enrollment:
The coordinator works with members of the international recruitment and international services (IRIS) to manage the 'inquiry to enroll' process of international admissions and recruitment for the Orlando campus. This include, but is not limited to, providing admissions information to prospective students, processing applications (as needed), and offering required visa documents as a designated school official (DSO), and communicating with and assisting an admitted student up to the point of enrollment.
International Student Services:
The coordinator also works very closely with the with members of the Orlando team and the office of student affairs in St. Louis in providing support to international student onboarding and international student services. Such tasks may include coordinating new student orientation, assistance with student accommodation search, helping current and new international students with compliance matters, and supporting international students with day-to-day student life items.
Admissions and Enrollment:
Responds to interact with inquiries concerning admission requirements for international students which includes general University requirements as well as special requirements within individual academic
Coordinates with the applicants and team members of the International Admissions Unit in ensuring applications are complete and ready to process.
As a DSO - issues the initial I-20 for admitted international students at the Orlando campus in accordance with policies and procedures.
Communicates with an admitted student and ensures enrollment of student into the program.
International Student Services:
Research and find student accommodation options
Coordinates student arrivals and airport pickups
Coordinates new student orientations
Partners with members of student affairs and career services at main campus for student life and student activities programs
Provide assistance to the Orlando-based graduate students in matters of student compliance, such as immigration check-in, mandatory reporting
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities*
Conducts and supports various applied and admitted events which are aimed at student conversions and may include but are not limited to virtual events, Zoom sessions, social media outreaches, etc.
Evaluates applications including transcripts, and admits students, into appropriate academic programs - as required.

Special Instructions For Applicant Standard Schedule: Generally, 11:00 am - 7:00 pm with occasional weekend hours and flexibility based on demands of the operations.
