The Admissions Coordinator will work to achieve recruitment goals for both domestic and international students and will work to increase the overall quality and diversity of applicants to each program. The Admissions Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students through the recruitment funnel. This role will collaborate with administrators, faculty, and staff throughout the admissions process on planning, communications efforts, application review, admissions and scholarship recommendations, as well as the tracking and reporting of recruitment efforts and trends.

1. Prospect Management
Develop expertise and maintain proficient knowledge of Chaifetz School graduate programs, admissions policies and procedures, graduate scholarships and financial support, curriculum, faculty expertise, accreditation, internships, career services and professional opportunities.
Serve as a helpful and knowledgeable direct contact for prospective students; interpret policies and procedures and provide adept guidance through the inquiry, application and admissions process through various channels of communication
Monitor daily prospect inquiries and applications â“ adding new prospects to communication flow
Generate pipeline reports
2. Recruiting
Meet with prospective students individually on the Chaifetz School campus, and connect prospects with faculty and current students.
Advise and counsel prospective students to assess fit with Chaifetz School graduate programs based on experience, goals, and interests.
Plan and coordinate (with admin support) dates for bi-monthly Preview Nights.
Coordinate with marketing for event promotion.
Attend recruiting/career events internal and external to SLU.
Ensure timely follow up for prospective students who attend recruitment events.
Execute outreach and communications strategies using platforms such as webinars and social media.
3. Admissions
Monitor applications daily and follow up on missing application information (from applicant as well as grad admissions, GRE, GMAT).
Meet weekly with graduate admissions to address any application questions or issues
4. Student Services Support Assist with student engagement activities such as info sessions, orientation, etc.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree, Masters degree preferred; supplemented with one to three (3) years of related work experience.
