Master's degree required. Degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, or related field preferred. Five (5) years of experience in student affairs or related work with college students required, preferably at a community college. Five (5) years of experience in multicultural and diversity programming. Experience with diversity training and/or developing diversity and anti-bias related training curricula. Experience working with students, faculty, and staff in the area of multicultural and diversity education within a global context required. Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience required.

Provide leadership and supervision for the Institute for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
Provide leadership and supervision of the College's Cultural Responsive Teaching and Learning Institute.
Provide leadership and supervision of the College's Institute for Social Justice.
Implement actions of the President's DEI Council.
Develop and implement goals and objectives in coordination with senior management.
Implement strategies related to operation and services.
Evaluate the effectiveness of policies and procedures to ensure consistency.
Supervise, advise, and evaluate assigned staff, as required.
Prepare, analyze and provide reports on diversity, equity, and inclusion-related subjects, as requested.
Serve as liaison between College departments, vendors, government agencies and/or other external organizations.
Manage operating budget for assigned department or function, as required.
