The University of South Carolina Housing Construction and Renovation seeks a dynamic Project Management Professional, working under the supervision of the Director of Construction and Renovation for Housing.
The ideal candidate applies sound management practices to projects involving facilities renovations and new construction, in the areas of: * Project initiation * Project administration * Internal and external collaboration * Project team communications * Programming, budgeting, scheduling, status reporting, move planning, coordination, and procurement.
They provide proactive project management that represents industry-leading practices and exceeds customer expectations with minimum disruption to the students.
