Job Description: What We Are Looking For
The Assistant Director of Student Involvement will support the mission of the university through the development of student leaders by facilitating programs and providing resources to support and engage students. This position will serve as a primary contact and liaison for students while overseeing the planning, implementation and evaluation of various programs and events.
A Bachelor's degree, two years of relevant work experience, and an active Christian faith are required. A Master's degree and five years of relevant work experience are preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of these requirements.
*All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
What You Will Do
Manage the Student Involvement Center and Staff
Oversight of SIS reviewing and approving 10,000-12,000 events annually
Assist student involvement opportunities for all students through SIS mentoring
Roster, constitution, and policy review for the Department of Student Activities
Supervise Senior Coordinator of Student Involvement
Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission
Ability to comply with university policies
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
