Job Description: What We Are Looking For
The Assistant Director, Online Master of Science in Business Analyticssupports the university's mission by providing support to the Hankamer School of Business Graduate Office.
A Bachelor's degree, 3 years of relevant work experience, and an active Christian faith are required. A Master's Degree and 5 years of relevant work experience are preferred. A combination of education and work experience may be considered in lieu of the required degree and/or years of experience. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
What You Will Do
Admissions & Student Recruitment
Review and document first read of applications for admission requirements and criteria.
Implement targeted calling/email/mail campaigns to accelerate students through the enrollment funnel. Manage daily correspondence while offering top-notch customer service.
Update, evaluate, and implement a strategic Enrollment Plan annually in collaboration with third-party marketing vendor, Director of OMBA, and other staff as needed
Manage daily correspondence with prospective students either by phone, in person, or email regarding questions related to degrees, scholarships, vocation, and the admissions process; advise applicants and prospective students regarding needed documentation for application completion; provide technical support and other solutions to application and enrollment challenges.
Assess prospect potential, develop, and refine strategies for on-going engagement.
Plan, build, manage, and update all drip marketing campaigns, phone calls, and mailers utilizing Slate or Salesforce; oversee, plan, host, and evaluate all prospective student Campus Visits utilizing Slate or Salesforce.
Operations & Student Engagement
Lead student engagement activities which include all student services (student advising, student events)
Manage student operations including but not limited to scheduling classes/professors, processing forms, registration, student communication.
Manage strategic relationships with internal constituents such as registrar, student financial services, Graduate School, and marketing and communications.
Obtain bids and work with vendors, manage contracts and orders for purchases and events
Marketing and Enrollment Strategy
Create, evaluate, and implement a social media and marketing plan bi-annually in collaboration with Marketing to utilize strategically social media, digital and traditional marketing, website, brochures, and videos.
Order, manage, purchase, and collaborate on the design of promotional items and materials including, but not limited to, clothing, tablecloths, banners, giveaways, posters, billboards, flags, and/or any signs used for recruitment purposes
Assist in managing content for website, marketing, and recruiting content. This can include writing articles and stories.
Maintain program website.
Analyze capabilities of Saleforce.com & Pardot (CRM tool) to propose, and implement strategies to better engage prospects for the MSBA
