The SIUE School of Education, Health and Human Behavior is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Early Childhood Access Consortium Mentor position.  The Mentor will focus on recruiting, advising, and retaining and supporting students who are associated with the Illinois Board of Higher Education Early Childhood Education Access Consortium for Equity grant.   The successful candidate will serve as first point of contact for students considering and entering the program, and intentionally track and assist with navigation of university systems and processes.  The Early Childhood Access Consortium for Equity helps streamline, coordinate, and improve accessibility of degree completion pathways in order to improve access to associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s degrees, Illinois Gat
