Otterbein University seeks a student-centered leader to be our next Vice President for Student Affairs.  A successful Vice President will be committed to partnership with faculty to create holistic student learning and support, facilitation of a community that welcomes and supports a highly diverse student population, and fostering a culture of innovation to keep Otterbein on the forefront of American higher education. Otterbein offers a traditional, residential liberal arts-based education to about 2,300 undergraduate students.  The undergraduate population has been rapidly diversifying through focused financial aid and partnerships with school districts.  The incoming class in fall of 2022 included 26% students of color and 30% Pell Grant eligible students.
