The Highlights Reporting to the Director of Transfer Recruitment & Admission, the Associate Director is responsible for strategy and tactics development, planning, implementation, ongoing assessment and improvement of recruitment and admission plan leading to the enrollment of new transfer students at DePaul University. The Associate Director will have supervisory responsibility for leading and managing the work of transfer recruitment staff, including but not limited to: recruitment and admission funnel management, territory management framework, territory goal setting, territory travel, feeder college relationship management, and performance management.
The Associate Director will have an contributing role in collaborating with other units within EM on functional and strategic matters critical for transfer student enrollment. This includes, but is not limited to: enrollment analytics and aid leveraging, marketing and communication, CRM configuration and set up, recruitment events and experience, transfer credit articulation.
The Associate Director will recruit and counsel prospective transfer students, and will manage a territory of their own.

Provide supervision of, and regular performance management for transfer recruitment staff. Establish and maintain comprehensive territory management framework for transfer recruitment staff, which includes, but is not limited to, recruitment and admission funnel management, territory goal setting, territory travel, feeder college relationship management, recruitment events.
Contribute to, and collaborate with other units within EM on functional and strategic matters critical for transfer student enrollment. his includes, but is not limited to: enrollment analytics and aid leveraging, marketing and communication, CRM configuration and set up, recruitment events and experience, transfer credit articulation.
Recruit and counsel prospective transfer students, and manage a recruitment territory.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Your Education & Experience
A bachelor's degree is required. Graduate degree in a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of recruitment and admission experience is required. Experience recruiting transfer students preferred.
Intermediate experience in using Slate CRM is required. Advanced knowledge in Slate is preferred.
Experience in basic enrollment data analytics (e.g. Excel) is required. Advanced knowledge in analytics is preferred (e.g. econometric modeling, forecasting etc.)
Supervisory experience of full time staff is required.
Valid driver's license and access to a car.
Directly manage Assistant Directors, Admission Counselors and other part time and full time positions as needed.
Other Skills & Abilities Required
Regularly able to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to periodically lift 25 pounds (boxes of recruitment materials).
Superior communication and presentation skill
Managing a hybrid workforce

Position requires some travel between several community colleges in and around the Chicagoland area. Travel requires use of a personal vehicle. Travel among all DePaul campuses (Chicago and suburban) may also be required.
Position requires a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends as needed.
