Job Description: What We Are Looking For
The Program Manager for Student Affairs will support the mission of the university through coordination and management of the administrative operations to include supporting prospective and current students, in an effort to ensure successful recruitment, matriculation, retention, and graduation in the MSMS program.
A Bachelor's degree, three years of relevant work experience, and an active Christian faith are required. A Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant work experience is preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of these requirements.
What You Will Do
Develop, evaluate, and continuously update a strategic enrollment plan in collaboration with the program director.
Manage daily correspondence with prospective students either by phone, in person, or email regarding questions related to the program.
Successful communication and interaction with all campus populations and stakeholders.
Assist the PD and marketing director with promotional initiatives related to the program to ensure that the program's published materials (website, catalog, marketing flyers, etc.) are accurate and in compliance with University branding and accreditation guidelines.
Create, update, and distribute recruitment reports to the PD and admissions committee.
Assist with the review of applications, student outcomes, and financial expenditures related to student affairs.
Accountable for confidential information related to prospective and current students.
Assist PD to serve as central point of administrative contact for the MSMS program.
Collect, analyze and present data and associated reports to the PD as required for the management of program outcomes for the purposes of program evaluation.
Assist PD to ensure an environment that supports faculty, staff, and students work together for the attainment of department goals and objectives.
Contribute insights and recommendations to strategic planning, program assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborates with Departmental leadership to coordinate travel arrangements, authorizations, and expense reimbursements.
Assists PD in implementation of MSMS program-related projects and events.
Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission.
Ability to comply with university policies.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
