Master's degree required, a degree in Education Leadership or Marketing preferred. Eight (8) years of full-time experience in college admissions, student services, recruitment or project management required. Of the eight (8) years of full-time experience, five (5) years must be in a managerial capacity. Must be knowledgeable and experienced with Microsoft Office software and student information systems, preferably Banner.

Provide direct supervision, motivation and evaluation to assigned staff.
Develop and manage operating budget for assigned units college-wide.
Hire, supervise, advise, and evaluate assigned staff.
Establish goals and objectives for operations consistent with CCBC's mission.
Establish clear enrollment and recruitment goals and effectively communicate those to the Admissions staff.
Monitor compliance with policies and procedures
Represent and promote the college for the purpose of increasing enrollment
Oversee unit projects and initiatives
