We are seeking a Case Manager for Undergraduate Students who will reporting to the Associate Director of Student Outreach & Support and working as part of the Student Outreach & Support team within the Dean of Student Life, the FLI Case Manager maintains high student contact and a caseload to address the needs of students who have problems in areas such as physical or mental health, finances, family and interpersonal concerns and social adjustment that may affect their academic performance or other aspects of their JHU experience, using a variety of interventions, referrals and follow up services.
