Detailed Job Description Please note: This positions requires the ability to work occasional nights and weekends.
Providing administrative leadership for coordination of the following: graduate applications and admissions; co-ops; enrollment and student records; and scholarships.
Delegating work as needed; ensuring timeline and deliverables are met and acting as department's liaison, communicating important updates/changes or highly confidential/sensitive information with senior administrators.
Solves a broad range of operational, procedural, and administrative problems which requires research, analysis, and evaluation of information, independently developing new models and tools to analyze problems and generate solutions/decisions, as it relates to academic programs, recruitment, and outreach.
Provide customer service to students, faculty, visitors and callers to Student Services
Maintain budgetary responsibilities for multiple accounts, including reconciliations
Serve as a backup in meeting with prospective students and families, and complete other office duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications Education/Experience:
Associates degree or equivalent experience
5 years of administrative/office experience
Strong work ethic, character and personal integrity, and ability to work with the utmost professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and customer service skills
Strong time management and organizational skills, including ability to manage multiple demands and tasks, and demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
Self-motivation and creativity
Competencies with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint for tasks such as mail merges, work with spreadsheets, and presentations; skills working with databases
Willingness to learn new software/technologies, including Oracle and Enterprise Resource Planning (EFP) systems
Maintenance of strict confidentiality of all student and other data
