Days and Hours: M-F 7am - 9 am and M-Th 4pm - 6:30 pm

Job Description:

1. Open and/or close facility during operational hours.
2. Greet and check in all Fitness Center Visitors.
3. Monitor all activities within the Fitness Center.
4. Provide daily care, organization, and cleaning of all equipment.
5. Enforce, all Fitness Center policies in a consistent, friendly manner.
6. Attend all staff meetings.
7. Provide assistance to all visitors in a safe and helpful manner on basic use of equipment.
8. Communicate regularly with the management of the Fitness Center and provide additional assistance when requested.
9. Comply with all safety, fire and smoking regulations.
10. Complete all mandatory compliance and safety training as scheduled by Human Resources.
11. Perform all other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Must possess a CPR/AED and First-Aid certification by the start of employment.
2. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
3. Personal or group training certification not required but encouraged.
4. Must be respectable, responsible and a positive role model.
5. Demonstrate a personal commitment to fitness and personal wellness.
