Job Description: What We Are Looking For
The Enrollment One Stop Representative serves within the Enrollment Management office and supports the mission of Baylor University by working with the Undergraduate Admissions, Student Financial Aid, and Student Financial Accounts to assist students and their families with navigating the admissions, financial aid, and payment processes.
The Enrollment One Stop Representative will work closely with students to help them understand everything from the application process to paying their semester bill. The position is important to the overall Enrollment Plan in making it possible for students to decide to attend Baylor and then continue to attend year over year as they progress towards graduation. Representatives will answer questions for students, help them navigate the Baylor website, and assist them in completing paperwork and making payments. Excellent communication skills and customer service will be essential to this position, as well as the ability to navigate resources, policies, and procedures across multiple on-campus departments.
A Bachelor's degree and an active Christian faith are required. Experience will be accepted in lieu of the education requirement. A current driver's license, and a good driving record is required. Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What You Will Do
Responsible for understanding and interpreting the needs of students and providing quality student service for all enrollment services areas.
Engage daily with students in person and on the phone, as well as through other available medium (email, chat, zoom, etc.)
Offer personalized customer service while representing Baylor and its values
Manage daily correspondence and inquiries pertaining to students
Navigate confidential student information across multiple systems
Accurately document interactions with student
Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a student or parent question
Escalate queries and concerns as needed
Troubleshooting common issues with technology and student account access
Undergo ongoing training on federal, state, and institutional regulations
Assist with presentations for on-campus events
Ability to comply with university policies
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the Enrollment Management Office
