The Program Coordinator is responsible for support of student affairs in the implementation of programs, consistent with university policies and procedures to include program coordination and administrative support. Management of testing coordination for students with accommodation, Division of Student Affairs recruiter functions in Workday, International Student Designated Signing Official (DSO), point of contact for student health fee program. Provides support to the Student Success Center staff and implements content updates to the Student Affairs websites.

Required Qualifications: High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialty OR equivalent education/experience.
Two years of professional experience in Student Affairs or similar programs.
Two years of full time experience in developing, maintaining, and/or using complex record systems.
Experience with MS Office computer software to include word processing; statistical, spreadsheet, and database software.
Demonstrated experience working in an environment requiring high attention to detail.
Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in a team and across organizational lines.
Demonstrated knowledge of FERPA regulations and ability to interpret and apply federal, state, local, and institutional rules and regulations.
