The Operations Coordinator, Student Experience will provide confidential administrative, case management, and programmatic support to various areas, including The Institute for Student Success, Campus Safety, Scholarship Experiences, and the Associate Vice President of Student Affairs.
Provides administrative support for projects including assessment efforts, annual reports, daily crime reporting, etc. for the Institute for Student Success, Campus Safety, Scholarship Experiences, and the Associate Vice President of Student Affairs
Work in conjunction with other data analytics roles across campus to better understand data available and how it may be useful to the office and Student Affairs Division
Assist in managing the Early Alert System and reach out to students in academic need and connect them to campus resources
Recruits, supervises, and trains Student Associates in the Institute for Student Success
Ensure quality and accuracy of data and prepares reports within Colleague, Maxient, and other student information systems, as well as Microsoft Office programs.
Scheduling, preparing departmental purchase orders, ordering supplies, records management, and advertising for programs.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in higher education preferred
Strong customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office required; student information systems experience a plus
Understanding of higher education setting and ability to work with persons with disabilities and of diverse cultures and backgrounds
