Develop talent channels to expedite recruitment for positions in business, hospitality, trades. Work closely with HFS stakeholders to create a talent acquisition program that provides capability and capacity for acquisition of diverse applicant pools and a quality candidate experience.
50% -Develop and implement sustainable recruitment programs that balance the urgency to fill positions and the candidate experience.
•Build and maintain networks of qualified candidates, using both a short-term and long-term view •Identify key performance indicators and analyze data to determine effectiveness of strategies
30%-Build relationships with community partners including community centers, job development programs, schools, community colleges, universities, and professional organizations.
20%-Develop multimedia marketing materials and strategies active and passive talent networks.

Bachelor’s degree and three years of recruiting experience that includes sourcing candidates in a variety of professional and service occupations and demonstrates:
Success in developing recruitment programs Success in prioritizing and managing project timelines and deliverables. Success delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Success in creating compelling multimedia content that reflects the mission and values of the employer. Excellent communication skills and ability to build productive relationships. Expertise in identifying, analyzing, and reporting on key performance indicators for talent acquisition. Expertise in navigating public sector employment or the equivalent.
