Masters' degree required, degree in Business, Education Leadership or Marketing preferred. Eight (8) years of full time experience in college admissions, student services, recruitment, project management or related field required. Of the eight (8) years of full time experience five (5) of those years must be in a managerial capacity. Knowledgeable of and experience with Microsoft Office software and information systems, preferably Banner. Prior experience working with a dual enrollment program preferred.

Provide leadership for Early Collage collaboration with outside organizations.
Provide direct supervision and evaluations to assigned staff.
Develop and manage operating budget for the ECAP as required.
Select, supervise, advise, train and coach assigned staff.
Establish goals and objectives for operations consistent with CCBC's mission.
Monitor compliance with policies and procedures.
Oversee unit projects and initiatives.
Represent and promote the college at networking events and high schools.
Conduct workshops and orientation sessions as required.
