The shared MBA/MAcc Online Programs Coordinator will work with the Faculty Director of the respective programs and University staff to develop and operationalize promotion, recruitment, and retention strategies. In addition, the candidate will provide advising to MBA/MAcc and graduate students from initial inquiry stage through graduation.
Demonstrated high-level of comfort with phone, remote communications (e.g., Zoom, Teams) and face-to-face sales outreach.
Communication and interpersonal skill necessary to guide students.
Demonstrated ability to handle and process sensitive and confidential information.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (conferred on an actual transcript at the time of application).
Minimum of one (1) year experience in student/client recruitment, outreach, marketing and/or customer service activities.
Demonstrated commitment to fostering a diverse working and learning environment.
Demonstrated knowledge or experience with graduate, adult, and online students' academic advising and related student service and academic needs.
Master's Degree (conferred on an official transcript at the time of application.)
